Annual Conference for Fleet Professionals

Each year, CCG Systems, Inc. hosts an annual training conference for fleet professionals. The conference offers training sessions on all aspects of setting up, administering and using the FASTER Fleet Management Systems as well as several sessions presented by key industry speakers covering a host of industry-related topics. While most attendees are FASTER users, additional industry professionals also attend and sites that are considering the FASTER Fleet Management System have reported finding the conference to be invaluable.

User-Specific Onsite Training

CCG offers our customers onsite training custom tailored to their individual needs at a general cost per day. Rather than following a cookie-cutter training approach, we work diligently with the requesting site prior to their onsite training to fit their needs.

Project Management for New Customers

We understand that making the move to a new system (even a better one!) can be quite challenging. Our dedicated Project Management team works individually with each new site to ease them through the transition -- from purchasing the FASTER Fleet Management System to installing and setting up the system to going live. Our goal is to ensure each new site gets up and running as smoothly as possible. And our Support team picks it up from there to make sure everything keeps running smoothly!

Bar Coding Module

This module provides the ability to utilize bar coding through all processes in the system. Barcodes can be used anywhere in the processes where it is determined that keyboard entry should be eliminated. A bar code label printer is used at all locations receiving parts. A scanner/reader is necessary at locations issuing parts with bar code labels.

Motor Pool Module

This is a reservation module for the daily, weekly, monthly or annual rental of vehicles. Rates and mileage charges are set by class of vehicle and free miles or minimum usage can be established. There are three applets included in the module: an executable application, a user maintenance applet, and a maintenance applet for database update of stored fields and settings.

Quick Dispatch Module

This module uses Access 2000 and runs outside of the FASTER system. Customers using this module must have the most current version of the Access software. This integrated module is designed to meet the needs of walk-up customers checking out a pooled vehicle. It utilizes the FASTER Master Equipment record for the last meter reading and updates the Master record with an entry of the return meter.

Distributed Utilization Billing Module

This integrated module is customized for each site to input equipment utilization. Equipment usage of miles or hours, the account code and charge information are entered and edited through this module. The FASTER database table can be combined with normal changes occurring within the standard FASTER application. This module allows users to:

• Enter and track the hourly/mile usage of equipment to a variety of accounts or project numbers.
• Track and bill equipment for usage outside the departmental assigned fixed account numbers.
